We select our translators, who always translate into their mother tongue, based on their experience and special areas of expertise. All of our translators are native speakers in the target language. For highly technical content, we rely on subject-matter experts to ensure the correct use of industry terms. Our thorough selection process ensures we deliver a service that meets and exceeds our clients' expectations.
lOverall Project Management
A dedicated Project Manager assigned to your project stands by the process and answers any question you may have regarding your project. The quality assurance system consists of checking with the translator and communicating between the client and translator on any queries, comments or instructions.
Once the translation has been completed and checked by the translator, it is checked by a second linguist. The translation memory is also updated. The quality assurance system consists of checking that everything has been translated; the client's instructions have been followed; the translation agrees with the original text; and corrections are made in consultation with the translator.

If you are not completely satisfied with a completed translation, we will fix it free of charge until it meets your full satisfaction.
